Bit of a nuts one as it turned out. Really windy. Loadsa waves. Big jump ramps. Not many there which was biggest surprise.
Not my finest Camber session. First run out was faced with a close out wave so picked cleanest section and jumped clear feeling smug for a nano second .
Then got hit by large gust which changed my planned parachute landing into something resembling a push loop in as much as sail went horizontal and I could spot a landing through the window.
If I could have engaged a brain cell at that point then maybe a big yank with backhand would have spun me round but . . . I was more concerned with how to crash with minimal damage and avoid a long swim after my kit.
Lucky I cushioned the impact with my face and got a fat lip as souvenir :-(
Didn't hurt that much but winded me.
Took a breather. Then headed up to play in the nursery slopes
Suffering with low energy with disturbed sleep not helping.
Reckon my mojo was a bit lost today but more so I was just too knackered to really get stuck in.
Some fun jumps. A couple of wave wiggles.
Would have been epic if I'd had more energy.
Stand out sailor was fireman sam with some huge back loops and one monster wave ride with over ten bottom turns.
